The GreenDT project is dedicated to addressing critical environmental challenges in Uzbekistan by modernizing higher education in Environmental Engineering. The project aligns with global sustainability efforts, including the EU Green Deal, and responds to urgent environmental issues facing both Uzbekistan and the wider region. Climate change, water scarcity, biodiversity loss, and pollution are pressing threats that demand immediate attention.
The GreenDT project will address Uzbekistan’s environmental challenges by creating a skilled workforce through a Master’s program in Environmental Engineering. The project will also foster international cooperation, enhance research capabilities, and contribute to the development of sustainable environmental practices.
